Selling Information

Signing up
Setting up a shop is free and easy to do. Fill out all the required information, then verify your email address through the email sent to you. You MUST have a valid PayPal account in order to Sell.

Setting up your store
Every seller on galleryXchange receives a free store. You can customize your store by adding a banner, featuring your own items (up to 12), and writing a description about your store.

Adding an item
Adding an item is done in just 1 step. We recommend you add albums to your store before adding a product.

To add a product click on Add new Product under Store Management.
-  Enter a title
-  choose a category listing
-  choose an album for your product (these are created by you)
-  Write your product description
-  Set Quantity (leave it blank for unlimited)
-  Set your price
-  Set your Shipping
-  Enter Dimensions
-  You have the chance to feature your product on the site. Cost is $5.00 a day. The default is “Do Not Feature”
-  You can showcase your item in your store. You can do up to 12 showcase items.
-  Lastly and most important, Upload your image. There is a max upload size of 300k.

Listing an item costs $0.50 cents per item (Unless Promotion is running). Once listed, you will NEVER have to RELIST an item again. You can sell as many as you'd like.

Selling an item
When an item sells, both the buyer and seller are sent emails with the transaction details in it. There's a 3.5% sales fee for the seller.

Once the buyer pays the seller, the seller can click confirm payment button, then click on shipped and finally buyer can click on item received. Both buyer and seller can follow up by reviewing one another.

-  Listing an item - $0.50 cents (Currently running FREE listing promotion)
-  Listings stay up for forever unless you delete them.
-  Selling - 3.5% fee
-  Featured Products - $5.00 a day.

*If a buyer does not pay for an item, we will happily refund all fees associated with the transaction.

*All fees are in US dollars. When paying your fees by paypal, currency conversion is handled automatically for International Users.
